By visiting or shopping at this web site, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully because they are important when it comes to your tail gate grill.
All products are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx 2-Day Service. We currently do not offer overnight shipping. You may choose between the two available services depending on your requirements. Orders are shipped on standard business days and usually within 2-5 business days of the date the order was placed, depending on current order volume. Below is a map of average FedEx transit times for ground service from our shipping location.
Each Blacktop 360 product is covered by a warranty or non-warranty that is specific to that product. Please check your original packaging and manual for warranty details where applicable. Manuals are also available for download.
Please use our Warranty Claim Form to submit a warranty request. Please allow 5-10 business days to process claims.
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange any item purchased on blacktop360.com within 30 days of delivery date. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Refunds will only be granted for merchandise that is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging. Blacktop 360 is not responsible for consumer error when ordering online. Please review all details of your order before placing your order. Blacktop 360 will not honor requests after 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must be new and in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, warranties, manuals, etc. To begin a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service department at 1-855-469-3430 and request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the returning package as well as on the original invoice or packing slip (photocopies are acceptable). Blacktop 360 will not honor returns without an RMA number. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be received by Blacktop 360 within 45 days of the original delivery date. We highly recommend returning merchandise using a courier with tracking capabilities, such as FedEx. The customer is responsible for all charges related to return shipments. Please allow 5-10 business days to process returns and exchanges upon receipt. All returns and exchanges must be inspected by our quality control division before a credit can be issued. If the merchandise does not pass inspection, the merchandise will be shipped back to the customer without issuance of a credit, and the customer will incur all shipping costs. If merchandise does pass inspection, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise, less the original shipping cost, and less a 15% restocking fee per item. Credits will only be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Blacktop 360 within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Any item that is damaged, is not in its original condition, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be returned for refund or exchange. The customer is responsible to pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error by Blacktop 360 (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Refunds will not be issued for orders that are determined by Blacktop 360 to be consumer error. Please review all details of your order before placing your order. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). You will be notified of your refund via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
You may exchange a faulty item for the same item by contacting our customer service department at 1-855-469-3430 within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item within 30 days of delivery and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
